Returns & Refund Policy

At GRIPP, your satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund, in accordance with European consumer law.


Eligibility Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and labels).

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or tested products cannot be returned.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.


Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at help.contact.co@gmail.com before sending any return.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items upon receipt.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days (depending on your bank).


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at help.contact.co@gmail.com with photos of the package and product.
We will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.


Exceptions

  • Gift cards and personalized items are non-refundable.

  • Returns made after the deadline or items not meeting the eligibility conditions will be refused.
